The Day I Stop Trying

There are so many interesting people here.

A 21 year old with an Oscar.
A 30 year old with a Sundance grand jury prize.
A first time filmmaker competing for the best movie with his USD 2000 feature.
A 26 year old with 23 international awards.

This nerd inside me thinks I will look more interesting if I hang out with them.

But it doesn’t work. They are still cool. They do not mind hanging out with me. And I am still a nerd.

So I stop trying to be interesting and start to be interested in them. Not a hard job to do.

Suddenly I became more interesting.
